What is the warranty period for Vorwerk products in Malaysia?
All Vorwerk products, including the Thermomix and Kobold cleaning systems, come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty for domestic use, covering parts and labor.
How long does shipping take within Malaysia?
For West Malaysia, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive via our authorized logistics partners.
Do you offer installation or product demonstrations?
Yes, we provide personalized 'Welcome Services' and cooking demonstrations. Upon purchase, a Vorwerk advisor can guide you through the initial setup and key features of your new appliance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), FPX online banking, and various 0% interest installment plans through participating Malaysian banks.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and hygiene-sensitive accessories are excluded.
Where can I send my Vorwerk appliance for servicing?
Servicing is handled through our official Vorwerk Malaysia Service Centers. You can book a service appointment online or visit our flagship experience center for technical support.
